Bouquet: intense smells of ripened red fruit and secondary spicy smells.
Taste: full and soft, rightly tannic, fruity and spicy in mouth.
Serving Temperature: 18° C.
Gastronomical Joining: Hors d’ouvre of delicatessen and ripening cheeses, pasta with gravy-sauce, mushrooms and truffles. Roast red meat and game.
