ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: dark ruby red with light orangen nuances.
Bouquet: intense and persistent with spicy smells of vanilla, cinnamon and liquorice.
Taste: very good structure and persistence, rightly tannic.
Serving Temperature: 18°C
Gastronomical Joining: Hors d’ouvre of delicatessen and ripening cheeses. Pasta with gravy-sauce, mushrooms and truffles. Grilled red meat and game.

Color: straw yellow with intense golden nuances.
Bouquet: complex with smells of ripened yellow fruits, honey, vanilla and toasted coffee.
Taste: very good structure and persistence. When young it has exotic fruit flavours, when old it has light herbaceous flavours.

Gastronomical Joining: soft cheeses, white meat, grilled and soup of seafood.
