Color: dark ruby red with light orangen nuances.
Bouquet: intense and persistent with spicy smells of vanilla, cinnamon and liquorice.
Taste: very good structure and persistence, rightly tannic.

Gastronomical Joining: Hors d’ouvre of delicatessen and ripening cheeses. Pasta with gravy-sauce, mushrooms and truffles. Grilled red meat and game.
